Gen Z are [proudly] the biggest volunteer generation, we are innovative, defiant to ‘norms’, we are hasty (8 seconds attention span), global warming and inequality aren't waiting and BIG FLEX, we lead some of the biggest social movements in modern history and are more social media savvy than any other generation.
